The case of Artemenko himself on receiving a bribe (Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) is now being considered in the Khanty-Mansiysk District Court.

    Interlocutors of the publication note that the situation may be systemic. Yaroslav Makarov is associated with a number of organizations (\"ORTUS\", \"Korus MS-Service\"), where the beneficiary is the well-known businessman Andrey Bril.

    The attention of observers was attracted by Makarov's defender — attorney Denis Borovkov, formerly the prosecutor of Kamyshlov. Several scandals have been associated with his name, and his activities were requested to be checked by a State Duma deputy (now deputy governor) Dmitry Ionin.
